At Men’s Wellness Circle, we have created a circle that focuses on not just your physical health, but your emotional health as well as mental health. Your all-round wellness is our priority. We are here to guide you on the journey to look good, feel good, and live well.

Ikenna Odiachi
Ikenna F. Odiachi is a Lead Consultant with Mens Wellness Circle with a particular interest in Workplace Health and Emotional Intelligence for men.

Flora Gabtony
She is the Lead Facilitator at the Global Academy of Professional Ethics (GAPethics), an organization that provides behavioural ethics training and wellbeing programme to schools and corporate bodies

Chigbo Okeke
Chigbo is a relationship expert and coach partnering with Men’s Wellness Circle on building relationship among youths. His corporate experience started in the Schlumberger Nigeria under Ville worth Security services

Dr. Oge Obi
Dr. Oge Obi is a Resident Hematologist with Mens Wellness Circle. He had his first degree in Biochemistry and an MBSS from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi Anambra State.



Chigbo Okeke


Chigbo is a relationship expert and coach partnering with Men’s Wellness Circle on building relationship among youths. He is a certified HR practitioner with over 15 years’ experience spread across the fields of Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Payroll Administration & Management Learning & Development, Management Consulting, Leadership Development, Customer Service Management et al. He holds a first degree in Physics and Electronics with Namdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State with an MBA in Business Administration with University of South Wales United Kingdom; An Associate Member of the Chattered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPMN), Certified professional in Human Resource International (PHRi™), Member Institute of Risk Management. (MIRM).

His corporate experience started in the Schlumberger Nigeria under Ville worth Security services, where he worked as a Logistics Officer. The early identification of his Human Capacity development potential led to his appointment with Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas LTD (NLNG) as Senior Resourcing Officer.

He joined U-Connect Human Resources Limited, as Head Recruitment and Outsourcing managing company HR policies and outsourced staff pan Nigeria. He left U-Connect in to join Workforce Group briefly as the Head of Outsourcing Business before proceeding to Halogen Group as Head of Business.



Ikenna Odiachi


Ikenna F. Odiachi is a Lead Consultant with Mens Wellness Circle with a particular interest in Workplace Health and Emotional Intelligence for men. He is a certified trainer and has over 25 years of experience in spanning Training, Recruitment, Outsourcing, Leadership Development, Sales Management, Customer Service Management, Production Management, Quality Control, and Supply Chain Management. He holds an MBA in Marketing and a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance. He is presently a doctoral student in the field of Organisational Leadership. He is also a member of the board of reference of the Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA.

His corporate experience started in the Nigerian Bottling Company Plc, the largest carbonated soft drink bottler in sub Saharan Africa, in 1991 as a Microbiologist. Over the years he was drafted into most of the change management initiatives of NBC Plc like, The Coca Cola Quality System, STEP Change Program, Finance Reengineering, Process re- engineering, Organizational Realignment programs. As a pioneer Supply Chain Manager, he was assigned to run the Largest Supply Chain function in the organization on the grounds of meritorious service. One of the highpoints of his career was in 2005 when he reorganized the company’s processes in AGO (Automotive Gas Oil) usage, thereby saving the company nearly N400 million per annum. Among his various accolades, while in NBC Plc, are ‘Production Manager of the Year’ and ‘Supply Chain Manager of the Year’.

At Reckitt Benckiser he was responsible for running the Supply function which encompassed Distribution, Planning, Warehousing and Customer Service. In his very brief stay there he facilitated the reorganization of the entire Supply team and improving the Supply KPI’s significantly.

Though Ikenna has been involved in many H.R. related projects on a secondment since 1993, he started his full -time HR Consulting practice in 2009, and he currently enjoys the repeated and ongoing patronage/retainerships of notable organisations including Microsoft, Nigerian Breweries Plc, Standard Chartered Bank, Stanbic IBTC, MTN, Airtel, Wisconsin University, First Bank, GTBank, FCMB, Zenith Bank, SAIPEM, Heritage Bank, Lafarge, Brisktrade, Etisalat, Dangote, and various government Ministries and parastatals like DPR, PPMC, NNPC, etc.

His Consulting firm, Inspired Motivation Ltd, has had the privilege of undertaking training, recruitment, teambuilding, and manpower outsourcing projects for her various world class blue-chip clients.



Flora Gabtony


Flora Gabtony has been an active consummate professional for a close count of a decade. She has shown remarkable knowledge through her gleaming resume as a professional in behavioural change, ethical decision making, professional ethics, leadership and mental health. She has upheld the praiseworthy moniker, MadamEthics through her engagements with organizations in the assistive behavioural training of management and staff at various private and government agencies in Nigeria and beyond. As a psychologist and ethics facilitator, she has employed transformational teaching and therapeutic approach to sustained public and private consultations in perceived complex individual issues. She is also a consultant counsellor on human affective issues and its likely consequences to individuals in the society and workforce

A first-class graduate of in Psychology from the University of Lagos with Master of Science in Organizational and Occupational psychology from University of East London, Flora has acquired various local and international training and certifications on Leadership, Project Management, Behavioural Analysis and DISC Personality Profiling, Marriage Theology and Lived-In Experience, Counselling and Education.

She is the Lead Facilitator at the Global Academy of Professional Ethics (GAPethics), an organization that provides behavioural ethics training and wellbeing programme to schools and corporate bodies. Through GAPethics and in collaboration with other institutions, Flora has facilitated sessions on ethics, behavioural/mental health, Psychology of Crime and related topics for public and corporate institutions including the Lagos state Cooperatives, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Internal Audit, Rotary International, House of Tara International etc.

Flora’s dedication and commitment have earned her several recognitions including the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC) Champion of the Year (2018/2019) Award.

She is currently a Program Advisor at AWEC and a Consultant Counsellor Men’s Wellness Circle.



Dr. Oge Obi


Dr. Oge Obi is a Resident Hematologist with Mens Wellness Circle. He had his first degree in Biochemistry and an MBSS from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi Anambra State. He had his Hematology residency training program with University of Port Harcourt River State before proceeding to the Baltimore United State of America as a visiting Hematology resident Doctor with emergency medical services today’s conference and exposition Baltimore Convention Center. Dr. Oge is a Hematologist with department of Hematology PENN Comprehensive and Hamphilia Thrombosis Program, PENN Medicine Philadelphia PA. Dr. Oge has a special interest in areas that include men’s health, self-care, medical ethics, healthcare reform, and the relationship between health and work.
